Stay Feral Return Policy
We want you to love your Stay Feral gear. Because each item is made-to-order through our print partner, we can only accept returns or exchanges in specific cases. Please read below before placing your order.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to [your email address].
We’ll work with our print partner to replace the item at no cost to you.
Return Limits & Store Credit
We accept returns if your item doesn’t fit, you don’t like the color, or it just isn’t for you. Approved returns will be issued as store credit to use on future orders.
Each customer may return up to 3 items total.
After three returns, your account will be placed on a 6-month no-returns policy.
Store credit will be applied once the return is received and confirmed in new condition.
Undamaged returns may be resold at our sample resale pop-ups.
Wrong Address
If the shipping address you provided was incorrect, we can’t offer a refund. Items returned due to an insufficient/incorrect address can be reshipped once you provide the correct address, but you’ll be responsible for the new shipping costs.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, let us know.
If tracking shows the package was lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement.
If tracking shows it was delivered, but you can’t locate it, please check with your local carrier before contacting us.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an order cannot be fulfilled or replaced due to a defect.
All other returns are eligible for store credit only.Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
